Mike Donofrio’s training style is unlike any other.  He uses a variety of training combinations to get his clients results while continuing to inspire them to lead healthy, active lifestyles.  Incorporating a variety of methods allows his members to lose weight, gain strength & increase stamina. Programs are built around personal goals while adapting to individual lifestyles, understanding that not everyone is alike and some environments are uncontrollable. Mike works with his clients on a personal level, checking in throughout the week, as well as keeping them accountable in and out of the gym.
